Instead of making your way to same the café on Saturday October 19, why not wander to the Wimble St Childcare Co-op Family Fete.
Wimble is a small, vibrant, parent-run childcare co-op in the heart of Parkville, nestled just behind Royal Parade between Melbourne Uni and Princess Park.
The Fete is not only our biggest fundraising event, it’s a chance for us to welcome everyone into the centre to experience what a special, nurturing environment Wimble is.
Food stalls and activities run by Wimble parents and staff include: great coffee, wine and cheese tastings, old fashion snags in bread, delicious home baked cakes and biscuits, a jumping castle, carnival games, face painting, balloons, a beach house weekend raffle, second hand clothing, books, toys and more.
So make your way to the Wimble Fete in Parkville on Saturday October 19, all will be made welcome.
Wimble St Childcare Co-op is one of a handful of registered childcare cooperatives operating in the City of Melbourne. The annual fete provides essential fundraising for the Centre.
